WHAT TO EXPECT DURING CONSULTATIONS ?

All consultations with Dr. Lyor Hanan take place in a private and confidential setting. During your consultation, Dr. Lyor Hanan listens carefully to your concerns and performs a thorough assessment to determine if surgery would provide a meaningful benefit aligned with your request. He then explains the recommended treatment options and answers all questions regarding the procedure. Sometimes, Dr. Lyor Hanan can advise you not to undergo a surgery if he thinks the surgical technique is not suitable for you.

THE FIRST CONSULTATION

The first consultation typically serves as an opportunity for Dr. Lyor Hanan to get to know the patient and their surgical goals. It is also a time to assess whether surgery or a non-surgical procedure aligns with the patient’s expectations and to develop a treatment plan that best meets their needs. It is essential that you feel comfortable and confident with your surgeon, leaving the consultation with a clear understanding of the process.

THE SECOND CONSULTATION

The second consultation generally involves reviewing the proposed treatment plan and discussing any questions or concerns the patient may have about the procedure. It is also an opportunity for Dr. Lyor Hanan to provide further information on what to expect before, during, and after the procedure, as well as to discuss the main surgical risks.

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATIONS

After the surgery or aesthetic procedure, patients will attend regular follow-up consultations with Dr. Lyor Hanan to monitor their progress and ensure proper healing. These follow-ups typically occur one week post-surgery, followed by appointments at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. The frequency of these visits depends on the specific procedure. After this period, patients are only required to schedule annual follow-up appointments with Dr. Lyor Hanan.
